1. Eligibility for Service
The BloodMan Mobile Phlebotomy Service is available only to individuals aged 18 years and older. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service if the patient does not meet the eligibility criteria.
2. Service Limitations
- Our service is for sample collection only. We do not provide diagnostic advice, interpretation of results, or medical consultations.
- The client is responsible for providing the correct, fully labeled test kit (if applicable) and ensuring they have followed any required preparation (e.g., fasting).
- Services are subject to availability within our defined Bristol & Surrounding Areas coverage zone.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full service fee.
4. Right to Refuse Service
Our phlebotomists reserve the right to refuse service if they feel their safety is compromised, if the patient is uncooperative, or if the environment is clinically unsuitable for sample collection.
